// 01 what we build
Six things we do really well.
Custom Web Applications
Portals, dashboards and internal tools that replace the spreadsheets your team has outgrown.
iOS & Android Apps
Native-feeling apps for customers and field teams, shipped to both stores from one codebase.
Product & UX Design
Clickable prototypes you can put in front of real users before a line of code is written.
APIs & Integrations
Make your CRM, payments, scheduling and accounting tools finally talk to each other.
Cloud & DevOps
Deploys that take minutes, not weekends, on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or Vercel.
QA, Maintenance & Support
Keep the software you already have healthy, patched and getting better every month.
// 02 how it works
From first call to production, in plain sight.
No black box and no “almost done” for three months. You always know what’s being built, what we need from you, and when the next demo lands.
- step 01
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on video about the problem, the users and what “done” looks like. You get a written recap the same day.
Day 1 - step 02
Technical spike
We check the risky parts first, then send a written spec, an architecture sketch and a sprint-by-sprint estimate.
3–5 days - step 03
Two-week sprints
We build in two-week cycles. Every other Friday you get a live demo and a link you can click through yourself.
2–12 weeks - step 04
Launch
Production deploy on a shared call, with monitoring and alerts switched on before we say “we’re live.”
1 day - step 05
Support
Thirty days of bug fixes, handover docs and a recorded walkthrough so your team owns what we built.
30 days
// 03 our promise
7 days to tell us it’s not right, and we’ll make it right.
Every service comes with a 7-day satisfaction window. Design work includes a round of changes, and if it still misses the mark you may qualify for a partial refund based on the work completed. Read the full Refund Policy.
Talk to an engineer// 04 why us
Us vs. a typical offshore dev shop.
Offshore teams can be great at scale. For a first product or a business-critical tool, a small senior team down the road usually costs less in the end.
| Criteria | AgileSoftPro | Typical offshore dev shop |
|---|---|---|
| Who writes your code | Senior US-based engineers you can call by name | Rotating contractors you never meet |
| Time zone | Eastern Time, same-day answers | A 10–12 hour lag on every question |
| Pricing | Published fixed packages from $150 | Hourly estimates that drift every month |
| Seeing progress | A working demo every two weeks | Status reports, demo at the very end |
| Code ownership | In your own GitHub organization from day one | Handed over at the end, if you ask |

What clients say after launch.
Coastline Freight Co.
Our dispatchers used to juggle three spreadsheets and a whiteboard. AgileSoftPro replaced all of it with one web app in nine weeks, and we saw a working version every second Friday, so launch day held zero surprises.
Wekiva Outfitters
Fixed price, honest timeline, and Charles actually picks up the phone. Our booking app went from a napkin sketch to the App Store in eleven weeks.

Questions we hear every week.
Still unsure? Call +1 (334) 583-0117 and you’ll talk to an engineer, not a sales rep.
Our fixed packages start at $150 for a technical Spike and go up to $400 for a production Release; small one-off jobs start at $10. Larger builds are scoped during a Spike and priced per two-week sprint, in writing, before work starts. Everything is on our pricing page.
A focused MVP usually takes six to ten weeks. Integrations and DevOps work often take one to three weeks. Whatever the size, you see a working demo at the end of the first two-week sprint.
Every project includes up to five rounds of changes. We collect feedback at each sprint demo, agree on it in writing, and fold it into the next sprint, so nothing gets lost in email.
A 30-minute call, any documents, wireframes or existing code you have, and one decision-maker who can join a short demo every two weeks. No technical background needed; that part is our job.
No. We’re based in Longwood, just north of Orlando, and happily meet local clients in person, but most projects run remotely with clients across US time zones and in seven countries.
Tell us in writing within 7 days. Design work includes a round of changes, and if it still misses the mark you may qualify for a partial refund based on the work completed. The details are in our Refund Policy.
You do. The repository lives in your GitHub organization from day one, and all final deliverables are yours once paid for. We only ask to mention the project in our portfolio, unless you prefer we don’t.

Tell us what you’re building. You’ll get a written recap, a rough estimate and an honest opinion within one business day, even if the answer is “you don’t need custom software.”
